Itinerant Cycling in the Loir Valley Vineyards Enjoy a 6-day itinerant cycle route discovering the crowd-free vineyards and historic sites of the Loir Valley (without an e).

This is the one of the newest areas in France to have been awarded a ‘Vineyards and Discoveries’ label. Discover ancient chateaux, rolling countryside and charming towns and villages, with delicious AOC wines - Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières - to rival those of the neighbouring Loire.

Cycling on paths, tracks and small roads covering distances of between 40 to 60 km per day, the route starts and finishes in La Chartre-sur-le-Loir, taking in Beaumont Pied-de-Boeuf, Vaas and Luché-Pringé.  At the end of each day, guests will enjoy some fine French cuisine at the boutique hotels en route.
